The company “Wesleys Grooming Co.” is in the VAT system. Delivery of all products ordered through the website is free for the territory of the Republic of Serbia if the amount of products in the basket is over RSD 6,000.

We collect only necessary, basic data about customers/users and data necessary for business operations and informing users in accordance with good business practices and with the aim of providing quality service. We give customers choices including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user/customer data is strictly stored and is available only to employees who need the data to perform their work. All employees of “Wesleys Grooming Co.” (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology.
The security of data during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Bank Intesa ad Beograd, so the complete payment process is carried out on the bank’s website. Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.

In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, Wesley’s Grooming Co. is obliged to make refunds exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina payment methods, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the account of the cardholder at the seller’s request.

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD).
For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same at the exchange rate used by the card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website. Thank you for your understanding.

Delivery of goods and complaints

Delivery of goods is done via the AKS courier service. The order/package is sent immediately on the next working day after the order is placed if the order is placed before 12:00 on a working day. The customer needs to be available on the phone number that he specified in the order, so that the courier can contact him before the order is executed. The buyer can agree on another delivery time with the courier if the time proposed by the courier does not suit him. If the buyer refuses to accept the shipment, the buyer will be refunded the entire value of the shipment, excluding shipping. The delivery time is up to a maximum of 7 working days from the date of ordering the goods. (The package is usually delivered the next day when the package is sent, but due to unforeseen circumstances, public holidays, etc., the delivery of the order may take up to 7 working days).
